In a Homeopathy and Nutrition with Kinesiology session we aim to support you and your health on a deep level. Homeopathy is a method of treatment designed to stimulate the body's own healing processes. We also specialise in a modern sophisticated form of homeopathy called homotoxicology. This method uses combined homeopathic formulas which target various organs, systems and health imbalances. We offer nutritional support and dietary advice and can also test for food intolerances in the session. We can help a wide range of health concerns.

A consultation involves both Homeopath Vanessa Brogan and Nutritional Therapist/Kinesiologist Ella Owen. A case history is taken at the beginning of the session where we will talk to you about your symptoms and the health issues you would like to address. After this a kinesiology muscle test is carried out. A kinesiology muscle test detects potential imbalances in the body and pinpoints the remedies needed. These remedies may include homeopathic remedies, nutritional supplements, flower/gem essences and dietary recommendations. Ella and Vanessa will then put together a treatment plan specifically for you.
